We bought our Solitude 344GK-R almost a year ago from Lifestyle RV. A gentleman by the name of Steve Bloss made the experience very pleasant as he followed up with us frequently. He showed us several trailers discussing the pros and cons of each. I really enjoyed dealing with him and in general I dislike sales people. We ordered the trailer and when it arrived he called us promptly and made an appointment for our walk-through. Several adjustments needed to be made while we waited. We feel like the staff have gone above and beyond in fulfilling our expectations. Our previous experience with RVs was in connection with the business up the street that flies the ginormous flag and was unpleasant in every aspect. This has been a night and day experience and has completely changed our opinion of RV dealers. Why can’t they all be like this? I feel like the service department really makes an effort to get your trailer back to you as soon as possible, but I also realize at certain times of the year they are so busy that you will have to wait your turn. After my previous experience, when I was told they were waiting for parts, I called Grand Design and sure enough parts had been ordered as stated. Boy was I pleased! I will definitely be taking my trailer there as needed because I have confidence that I can depend on them. If you want a Grand Design product, and you should if you want a trailer, I would highly recommend Steve Bloss and Lifestyle RV. - Bob from Kansas City, MO
